A 58-year-old Lemoore girl pleaded responsible in federal courtroom on Monday to stealing Social Security funds from her useless father.

The Social Security Administration was not notified when Deborah Rossoni’s father died and continued to direct deposit cash information his checking account. Rossoni transferred that cash into her personal account and used it to pay for bank card payments and home repairs.

In line with the Division of Justice, Rossoni stole $87,000 between July 2012 and July 2018.

In pleading responsible, the Rossoni agreed to pay full restitution to the Social Security Administration, in accordance with a press release from the Justice Division. She is scheduled for sentencing on Feb. 14 and faces a most of 10 years in jail and a $250,000 advantageous.
