Oceanside owners name for downsizing of proposed senior residing facility

A battle is brewing over a proposed assisted residing facility that could possibly be in-built Oceanside.

Most residents are OK with a senior residing facility coming to their neighborhood, however they’re rejecting the dimensions that Dawn Improvement is proposing.

“It isn’t in scale with the neighborhood,” says Marty Sazlberg.

She says the constructing, which is being proposed at over 45 ft, is just too tall.

The developer desires to construct the ability in an empty lot, however owners say the peak would destroy the neighborhood’s residential enchantment.

“A shorter constructing, that is what we would like,” says Frank Gordon.

Different owners like Jose Delgado, who lives just a few doorways away from the proposed facility, say he would not thoughts the ability and thinks it would truly assist the neighborhood.
