HILLIARD, Fla. — Heartbreaking information for a household that had been looking for their lacking grandfather out of Hilliard: Nassau County deputies discovered 69-year-old Felix Charles lifeless Thursday afternoon.
Authorities say he disappeared from Dayspring Senior Residing on Tuesday afternoon.

Adkins says Dayspring Senior Residing residents can come and go as they please. He says Charles was his personal authorized guardian.
